Fix your eyes.
Choosing a theme usually takes us a while. This one didn’t. We came to the table with our own ideas, and we all arrived at the same place: Hebrews 12:2, and fixing our eyes on Jesus.
What we wanted was something relevant — not a nice phrase for a banner, but something that would meet people where they actually are. Most of us arrive at a day like this with a full head. Work, family, the things we’re carrying quietly. “Fix your eyes” doesn’t ask you to put any of that down. It asks where you’re looking while you carry it.
Emma will open Hebrews 12 with us across two sessions, and the rest of the day is built to give the idea room: worship, a long lunch, and a quiet hour in the afternoon with nothing scheduled on purpose.
